Photo Books by PhotoBox

I wrote a blog about my travel photography a few months ago. With links to Photobox where you can purchase and see my photo book creations.

Photobox regularly has promotions and when they offered me 50% off purchase I bought both my books so I can now see them and show them off to people who come visit. Like coffee table books if you wish.

After placing the order I received them in about a week and I was very happy in deed. The books are hard back and the paper is nice and thick, not some A4 paper job, good quality. Looks and feels like a real published book binds into the spine.

My family are hard to please with things I make or do. As they say families are the hardest critics. So I showed them the books and they were happy and proud of it. Mum said I should have had more pics of me in them (typical mother response), but I wanted my books to be about what I saw and not about me and it being that personal. My sister said they look professional and liked it. Which is good since I dedicated one to her from our holiday on the Nile together. She now wants me to make one with pictures of her dog.

I also showed it to a friend who didn't know I make or do these. And he thought they were actual books till he spotted my picture in them and at the back as the author. So that made me happy knowing he thought it was a professional piece of work.

Make your own with photobox, or just print your photos and put them into an album. I kind of like flicking through photo albums better then showing people on a laptop. You can always order the ones I made if you like ;)

Maybe I'll get all my old pictures from my Mediterranean cruise and do one on Italy.
